Contents from Keep official website & Youtube account
Context:
Keep is a popular fitness app with 5M download on Google Play Store noted at 4,8 and 4,6 in Apple store. If offers the major features as below
- Multiple FREE workout routines and exercises
- Video guidance of experts prepared in clips so that users may follow step by step
- Personalized training plans with workouts for all levels at anytime, anywhere
Problem:
Although the APP is popular for its fluid & easy onboarding of workout interface, the daily tracking of nutrition and cardio progress could be improved and enriched in terms of user experience. It'll be an interesting growth opportunity as nutrition could be even more important than exercise according to some existing studies. Some quick-wins are recommended here:
Before:

Some weakness:
- Concerning the daily program page, the tracking for cardio progress is absent, while one of the common recommendations for fitness beginners is to set goals on the cardio score.
- Concerning the nutrition control page, three meals are pre-fixed without precise time, while many trainers are starting to follow some specific fasting plans and need routine control and notification on a daily basis.
- To track meals especially the calories, users are obliged to search for every single food to add into the field which is time-consuming.
- There is only recommendation about the quantity of daily consumption. However it'd be better to have some advice about recipes, cooking and even prepared daily diet.
After

I'd like to recommend the below features and modifications enabling the users to control their daily diet as simple as controlling their workout plan in the application: all they have to do is to follow the application, there is no need to quit the interface and search for information in Google/other apps.
